It was another busy month for IP Cleaning in August as our student accommodation cleaning got into full swing and we continued to have a variety of different industrial and commercial cleaning projects running alongside this.
This month we have completed buildings of student accommodation cleans for Unite Students in Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Oxford, Reading, Bedford and Manchester as well as the external window cleaning on many of these buildings. The bedrooms and kitchens always start in many different states but after hard work and determination from IP Cleaning staff they are always returned to a nearly new condition. In the images below you will see IP Cleaning supervisor Doo Arimeyaw working hard to clean one of the worst showers we have seen in our 12 years of student accommodation cleaning!!
We have also completed buildings for Students Roost in Coventry, Birmingham and Nottingham. This is the first year we have worked for Student Roost and the first time cleaning their buildings. These buildings include flats for 10 students with a large kitchen to accommodate them.
On the construction cleaning side of IP Cleaning, we continued our clean of Mill Green Designer Outlet Village for Bowman and Kirkland and completed the builders clean of the washing and toilet facilities for the Outlet. We are also progressing through a builders clean for Robertson on their Gulson Gardens, Coventry student accommodation. For Willmott Dixon we have completed the builders and external clean of Newlands SAD School, Barwell and are in the final stages of the sparkle clean. As well as this, IP Cleaning has just started the builders clean of The University of Warwick Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Building for Willmott Dixon which will continue until completion in December 2020.
We have undertaken many smaller projects alongside these such as Guano cleaning (Bird dropping removal) in offices in Birmingham, high level clean of a school sports hall in Pershore and many more.
As always, IP Cleaning has had another busy and successful month on all fronts and have more to come in September!
