Complete builders clean to all areas of the new building built by Laing’O’ Rourke Construction for Jaguar Land Rover Completed 2019.

• Completed high level clean to all areas from MEWPs and tower scaffolds
• Cleaning to all internal glazing
• Builders clean to all areas
• Working closely with Laing ‘O’ Rourke on site management
• Full time on site labour for 8 months
• All staff having CSCS cards
• Superiors with SSSTS and Management with SMSTS
• MEWP operatives all holding IPAF
• Operatives erecting tower scaffold all holding PASMA
• Cleaning to external glazing over 5 weeks using MEWPs
• Hired in ride on Scrubber drier for building clean to ground tiled flooring and maintenance cleaning leading up to hand over of the building to JLR
