April has been another productive month for IP Cleaning (UK) LTD with the continuation of 2 construction site cleans in Nottingham and a new construction site clean starting in Coventry. As well as this, we are starting to prepare ourselves for the student accommodation cleaning season by having meetings with student accommodation companies and universities throughout the country. Builders Clean and Sparkle Clean at Bowmer and Kirkland’s NottinghamThe Island Quarter
First on our list is Nottingham, where we are working on Bowmer and Kirkland’s project at The Island Quarter. This development will be home to nearly 700 students across 3 blocks and includes a gym, cinema room and podcasting suite! From clearing construction debris to meticulously polishing every surface, our team is ensuring that the premises are immaculate for the first cohort of students in Autumn 2024.
Builders Clean at Bowmer and Kirkland NTU Arts Building
Staying in Nottingham, we have continued our builders clean of Nottingham Trent University’s Arts Building for Bowmer and Kirkland. This building is 10 storeys tall and 5,300 sqm and the building replaces two unused buildings in Nottingham. Our team has been working on cleaning all aspects of the building such as the underfloor cleaning, office spaces and classrooms.
Builders Clean Started at Bowmer and Kirkland Seva School in Coventry
Finally we have started work on a site a little closer to home, where Bowmer and Kirkland’s Seva School project has commenced. We’ve embarked on the initial stages of the builders clean starting on the top floor cleaning classrooms, science labs and the SEND department. Soon our teams will be moving downstairs to the remaining classrooms, kitchen, changing rooms and breakout areas before cleaning external high level and low level windows.
