September saw the end of the student accommodation cleaning season for I P Cleaning (UK) Ltd and with the influx of new university students around the country it was a busy month for us.
This month we have completed buildings of student accommodation cleans for Unite Students in Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Oxford, Reading, and Bedford and Wolverhampton Liberty Living. We continued the external window cleaning on many of these buildings which also included external windows in Unite Students Loughborough. Many of these rooms had very quick turn arounds with the end of 51 week tenancies but as always I P Cleaning (UK) Ltd completed all cleans to an exceptional standard. We completed buildings for Students Roost in Birmingham and Nottingham. We also completed 120 studios in 4 days for Collegiate Students in Cardiff.
On the construction cleaning side of IP Cleaning, we continued our clean of Mill Green Designer Outlet Village for Bowman and Kirkland and completed the management suite and external windows ready for PC. We are continuing to progress through a builders clean for Robertson on their Gulson Gardens, Coventry student accommodation. The University of Warwick Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Building for Willmott Dixon is progressing well and we are working through all available floors as soon as they become available.
Due to the increase of spread of Covid19, we have begun to undertaken more Covid19 cleans on offices and construction site facilities such as canteens and toilets.
It has been a great end to a busy summer!
